All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

🔄 Exchanges

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be exchanged for products of equal or greater value.
  • Exchange requests must be approved in advance.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged hat
  • Photos of the original shipping box
  • Detailed images showing all areas of damage

Once we review your claim, we will determine if you qualify for:

  • A replacement item, or
  • Store credit

📍 Important:

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
  • Incorrect items must also be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
